Strategic Acquisitions
Tesla has grown through two (so far) strategic acquisitions. These acquisitions have expanded both our customer base and service offerings.
Dowless and Associates. The first acquisition in June 2016 was Dowless and Associates, a Cyber Security company supporting the most sophisticated Intelligence Community (IC) customers. This acquisition provided Tesla with access to the IC and an outstanding Cyber security base that could propel future growth.​
Compumatics Group. The second acquisition in May 2017 was of the Compumatics Group that, like Dowless, provides Cyber Security services to the IC and Internal Revenue Service; which extended and strengthened our offering to these customers. Moreover, this greatly broadened our offerings to the civilian federal contracting space.
Future Acquisitions. Tesla is so pleased with the success of these acquisitions that we intend to continue to grow through this mechanism. We are continuously in the market for technology companies that can deepen our capabilities or expand our customer base.
